Getting started

Three steps from unboxing to live readings.

  1. Install and open the app

Download Tymate TPMS, open it and allow Bluetooth access when your device asks. No account is needed.

  2. Pair your sensors

Choose the vehicle layout that matches your wheels, then scan the QR code on each sensor to bind it to a position.

  3. Set units and thresholds

Pick PSI or BAR and °C or °F, then adjust the alarm limits to the values recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

The app shows no readings, or shows dashes. What should I check?

First confirm that Bluetooth is switched on and that Tymate has the Bluetooth or Nearby devices permission in your system settings. TPMS sensors often sleep while the vehicle is stationary and start transmitting once it begins to move, so take a short ride and check again. Also make sure the sensors are not out of range — Bluetooth range is limited — and that their batteries are not depleted.

How do I pair a sensor?

Open the sensor settings in the app, choose the wheel position you want to bind, and scan the QR code on the sensor. Repeat for each wheel. When you rotate your tires, re-map the positions in the same screen instead of pairing from scratch.

Can I monitor a spare wheel?

Yes. The dashboard supports up to seven positions, including a spare wheel. Choose a layout with a spare when you set up the vehicle.

Can I keep more than one vehicle in the app?

Yes. The app supports separate vehicle profiles, so you can keep a car, a motorcycle or a trailer set up side by side and switch between them without pairing everything again.

How do I change pressure or temperature units?

Open the app settings and choose PSI or BAR for pressure and °C or °F for temperature. The dashboard and alerts update immediately.

How do I change the alarm thresholds?

Open the app settings and edit the upper and lower limits for pressure and temperature. Choose values that match your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations and your tire setup.

Why is the app's reading different from my gauge?

Small differences can occur because of measurement tolerance and the interval between sensor updates. If a reading looks wrong, verify it with a reliable gauge and follow the pressure specified by your vehicle manufacturer. Do not use the app as the only check before a trip.

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. All communication happens over Bluetooth between your device and your sensors. The app works offline, and your readings are not uploaded anywhere.

Does Tymate collect my data?

No. There is no account and no analytics, advertising or tracking SDK. Vehicle profiles, sensor pairings and preferences stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings. Because everything is stored locally and we keep no server copy, that removes the data completely.

My sensors stopped connecting after a phone update.

Check that Bluetooth is on and that the app still has the Bluetooth or Nearby devices permission — operating-system updates sometimes reset permissions. Then reopen the app and try again. If the sensors still do not appear, re-pair them and contact us if the problem continues.

Is the app compatible with sensors from other brands?

Tymate TPMS is designed for Tymate Bluetooth tire sensors. Sensors from other manufacturers may use different protocols and are not supported.
